At Valentina Terra, we take pride in the artisanal craftsmanship of our handmade Colombian bags. Each piece is unique, crafted from natural materials, and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

 

14-Day Return Window

You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return for a refund or exchange. After 14 days, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

 

Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

• Condition: The bag must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

• Tags & Packaging: All original tags must be attached. The item must be returned in its original packaging, including the dust bag and any authenticity cards.

• Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.

Exclusions / Non-Returnable Items

• Final Sale Items: Any items purchased on "Sale" or from our "Archive" section are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

• Customized Items: Personalized or custom-made "To Order" items are non-returnable.

• Natural Variations: Please note that since our bags are handmade from natural materials, minor variations in color, texture, and measurements (1–3cm) are characteristics of the artisanal process and are not considered defects.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Email Us: Contact our support team at sales@valentinaterra.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

2. Authorization: Once approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and the return shipping address.

3. Shipping: Pack the item securely in its original box. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Shipping Costs

• Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

• Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. In these cases, Valentina Terra will cover the return shipping costs and provide a full refund or replacement.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

• Late Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account, then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
